We undertake all types of building work from extensions, alterations and renovations to new build luxury homes and major construction work. As a main contractor we can provide total project management with all trades person services available.

About Us
Manor Building Company Ltd was established in 1970 by Peter Passmore and his late father-in-law Cecil Burras. The business is now run by Peter and his son Mark.
We have been nominated for many awards by clients and local building control authorities and have been fortunate to win awards from the Federation of Master Builders. We have won regional awards and represented the South West twice in the national finals.
In 2006, Manor Building Company won the prestigious Master Builder of the Year out award (1500 projects entered that year). This award was for an amazing renovation of a wartime golf clubhouse into a luxury residential home; The Golfhouse, Kingswear.
