Residential Property, Brixham

A large extension to form a new kitchen with balcony. Removal of entire roof to construct 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms in the roof space. Access to the site was difficult and two building companies had refused to tender because of it. Mr & Mrs Brian Butler entered the project in the 2004 master builder of the year comp for which we received a certificate of merit.
